THE ABOVE RATES ARE INTENDED FOR A STAY FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY AND INCLUDE:
The use of the apartment entirely furnished and equipped with utensils
from kitchen.
Consume water, electricity, gas.
Initial Cleaning.
Wi-Fi Internet connection.
Taxes (excluding tourist tax)

OPTIONAL OPTIONAL WEEKLY SERVICES – to be paid locally
Third place in MONO 2: 10% surcharge.
Uncovered parking in a private area, fenced and video surveillance:
50 euros per week.
Bed linen: 10 euros per person each change.
Bath towels: 7 euros per person each change.
Crib: € 20 per week.
Cleaning of the kitchenette if not carried out by the customer: € 30.
Beach service in front of the Residence: in the third row from the sea (one
umbrella + a deckchair and a sunbed), June and September Euro 60 a
week, July and August Euro 75 per week.
Kitchen linen: NOT AVAILABLE

WEEKLY SERVICES PAYABLE OBLIGATORS – to be paid locally
Mandatory security deposit: € 150 per apartment.
Weekly cleaning (Saturday): MONOLOCALE Euro 40; TWO-ROOM APARTMENT 4 Euro 45;
BILOCALE 6 Euro 50.
Cleaning of cooking area and dishes by the customer.
TOURIST TAX: € 1.00 charge per person per day for 14 years,
from 01 April to 30 September.
We inform you that the tourist tax will be applied by the municipality of
Vasto, to be welded, directly on site.
